Due to the nature of the product we can not accept any returns on products that have been opened or tampered with. 

If you receive a product and the product is damaged you have 24 hours after receiving your product to send proof of damage for a store credit, and or replacement. Email proof to prettysmokecosmetics@gmail.com.
